Manhole cover
RKG series manhole cover is installed on the tank transport truck, used for filling oil products, oil and gas recovery inspection and maintenance of the internal entrance of the tank, in case of emergency to protect the safety of the tank.
Under normal circumstances, the manhole cover breathing valve is closed, but when the oil is filled to the oil tank, the release of oil and the change of the outside temperature will cause the pressure change inside the oil tank, such as atmospheric pressure and vacuum pressure. The breathing valve of the manhole cover will automatically open under a certain atmospheric pressure and vacuum pressure to maintain the normal state of the tank pressure. In case of emergency, such as the subversion of the oil truck, the breathing valve will automatically close. In the case of fire, the explosion of the tanker can be avoided, and the emergency exhaust valve will automatically open when the pressure in the tanker increases to a certain range, thus protecting the safety of the tanker transport.

Manhole cover emergency exhaust valves are equipped with breathing valves.
The breathing valve is installed as specified to ventilate the tank, and different pressure Settings are suitable for different operating requirements.
The tight exhaust valve/breather valve has an automatic sealing function to prevent hazards and unnecessary oil spills.
Before fully opening the cover plate, the double-layer opening safety device allows the remaining gas in the tank to be safely discharged.
There are three reserved blind holes on the main cover plate for installing the oil and gas recovery valve, the oil gauge hole, and the anti-overflow optical probe.
