The separator of LPG refueling machine is usually designed for liquid-liquid separation and contains two main elements inside: coalescing filter element and separation filter element. Its working principle is as follows:
When the LPG flows into the separator, it first passes through the coalescing filter element. The coalescing filter element can filter out solid impurities and coalesce extremely small water droplets into larger ones. The vast majority of the coalesced water droplets can be separated from the oil by their own weight and settle in the water collection trough.
Subsequently, the LPG flows through the separation filter element. The separation filter has excellent lipophilicity and hydrophobicity, which can further separate water and ensure that the final LPG flowing out is clean and free of water.

LPG gas filling machine separators are widely used in oil and gas fields, gas processing plants, gas storage tanks and LPG gas filling stations and other places. In these places, LPG separators can efficiently separate the liquid components in natural gas, such as ethane, propane, butane, etc., thereby enhancing the purification efficiency and usage safety of natural gas.
